dream diary #2

okay, today i slept like shit but once again i can confirm my personal theory that dreams are sort of a training ground to prepare you for situations you fear in real life.

so last night i had a few different dreams? idk how it even works because it switched between different scenarios, maybe i woke up or smth.

first i dreamed i was still living with my father and mother while they were getting divorced, which honestly was kind of a shitty situation. i couldnt sleep because reasons and at 4-5am i was going to the bathroom, which is extremely close to their bedroom. so i guess in the dream that made me anxious, cuz i dont honestly recall the details.

in the second dream, i was walking around when suddenly a huge penguin appear. it was honestly taller than me and very furry and stuff. i got my phone to snap a picture because lol who wouldnt want a picture of a huge penguin. for some reason my camera wouldnt work well and did the usual thing phone cameras do which is it lags for 2-3 seconds before taking the picture (exposure) so it didnt work that well. by the time i switched to video mode the penguin had already attacked me leg and then ran away, lmao.

in the third dream, i was trying to snap pictures of cats, but this time with my dslr camera. for some reason i couldnt get good pictures because they were moving too much, and when they were still, i couldnt focus on them (skill issue)

then to top the beautiful dreams off, i got water all in my camera somehow, which is another kind of fear i have, since it’s relatively expensive equipment. i guess then i woke up.

anyways, it’s tuesday. yesterday i had A LOT of energy, maybe that’s why i couldnt sleep until 5 am last night. and maybe i had way too much coffee. anyways, have a nice rest of the week everyone.
